Leading Lives

Leading Lives is a social care provider service that supports people with learning disabilities, autism and other social care needs across Suffolk in the home and in the community.

As an employee-owned, profit for purpose social enterprise, any surplus made is re-invested back into services for customers, in the local community or to employee owners as a small dividend.

The organisation is proud of its culture, which stems from being an employee-owned co-operative. Employees can get involved in decision making and have their voices heard through a range of channels. These include the Shareholder Council, who actively engage with team members and ask their opinions.

Leading Lives exists to support people to lead the lives they choose, so hearing customers’ voices is vital and the organisation is currently working to ensure that co-production is at the heart of everything it does.
